Falcon 1600 is a highly versatile and economical module having Analog Inputs with RS485 / Ethernet port for online communication. It is an ideal solution for SCADA applications in Process Industries. Falcon 1600 can be used along with PLC's thus reducing project cost substantially. Analog input to Falcon can be mA / RTD (PT100, 3 wire) / Thermocouple or Voltage different for each channel. The unit has seven segment LED display for displaying process value, thus providing local indication to the operator. The Alarm / Control status of each channel is indicated on front LEDs. This feature makes Falcon compatible with all the standard SCADA software and PLC's used in Industry Optional Internal relay output 1 or 2 for common alarm. Flow Indicator Totalizer model FIT is a panel mounted instrument with multi-functionality viz. Flow Rate indication, Flow Totalizing, batch counter or alarm for instantaneous flow. It accepts pulse input signal proportional to flow rate from flow transmitter. Flow Transmitter can be DPT with orifice assembly,Rotameter, Magnetic Flowmeter etc. with pulse output.FIT displays instantaneous flow rate on 5 digit LED Display. Flow Rate and Totalizer range can be configured as required even at site. Totalizer is a 8 digit LED Display. Totalizer can be reset manually or remotely as optional.Power Supply for external transmitter (24 VDC @ 100mA) is a standard feature. It eliminates need of separatepower supply to power the transmitter. For batchcounting, batch count can be set. When flow total equals preset count, system gives a contact output. Itcan be used for control operations like dosing, stoppage etc.
